Ramona Rams (Riverside, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host La Sierra Eagles (Riverside, CA), 16-2 in a league challenge.

The Rams now sport a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arlington for a River Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 5. Ramona will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA). The Lions record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, La Sierra falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Eagles host Hillcrest (Riverside, CA) to face the Trojans in a River Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 5. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 12-6. Hillcrest lost 5-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Warren (Downey, CA)
