In Thursday's league test, the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), by a count of 22-4.
Next up, the Mavericks battle the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River test, on Monday, April 7. Marvin Ridge will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Spartans enter the test with a 2-3 record after their 22-2 league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC).
The Wolf Pack (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Spartans enter the Southern Carolina/Rocky River test with a 2-3 record.
