The Valencia Jaguars baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Highland Hornets to 9 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Jaguars (6-10) will now prepare for their match against Belen (Belen, NM). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 8-7 record. In their last match, Belen edged Grants (Grants, NM), 3-1, in a non-league match.
The Hornets (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Saints go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record.
