West Virginia High School Baseball - Morgantown holds off Bridgeport

The Morgantown Mohigans (Morgantown, WV) baseball the host Bridgeport Indians (Bridgeport, WV), 5-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Mohigans now own a 18-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Upper St. Clair for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 1. Morgantown will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 6-1 league loss to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-7.

With the defeat, Bridgeport drops to 15-7 on the year. The Indians travel to Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 16-8. Wheeling Park won 5-3 in their recent non-league match against John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV)
