The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Middleton Tigers (Middleton, TN) and the visiting Fayette Ware Wildcats (Somerville, TN), observed Middleton's softball team prevail over Fayette Ware by a tally of 18-0.

The Tigers (7-10) will now prepare for their bout against Bradford (Bradford, TN). The Red Devils go into the 1A District 13 bout with a 11-10 record. In their last bout, Bradford was routed by Halls (Halls, TN), 7-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Bolivar Central Tigers (Bolivar, TN) in a 3A District 15 bout, on Friday, May 1. Fayette Ware will attempt to advance on its 0-14 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 11-10 non-league loss to Lakeland Preparatory (Lakeland, TN).
