Southside Christian Warriors (Clayton, NC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Crossroads Christian Colts (Henderson, NC), 6-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors face the Community Christian Cyclones (Wilson, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 5. Southside Christian will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Cyclones enter the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Wilson Prep (Wilson, NC).

The Colts now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Cresset Christian Academy for a NCISAA Mid-Carolina challenge on Tuesday, April 5. Crossroads Christian will face a Eagles team coming off a 11-0 league loss to Grace Christian (Sanford, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
