The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA) and the host Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), saw Christiansburg's softball squad nip Radford by a count of 10-5.
The Blue Demons now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Glenvar for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 6.
With the loss, Radford falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Carroll County (Hillsville, VA) to face the Cavaliers in a Three Rivers match on Thursday, April 7. The Cavaliers enter the match with a record of 1-0.
