The Christiansburg Blue Demons softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Radford Bobcats to 1 in the Blue Demons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Christiansburg moves its record to 13-4 on the year. The Blue Demons travel to Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA) to clash with the Patriots in a River Ridge game on Thursday, May 5. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 1-12. Patrick Henry lost 13-0 in their recent league game against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA)

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) in a Three Rivers game, on Tuesday, May 10. Radford will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record.
