Rhode Island High School Volleyball - Classical tips Chariho

The Classical Purples (Providence, RI) volleyball nudged the visiting Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI), 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Classical upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Purples travel to North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI) to face the Skippers in a Division 1 (State) outing on Thursday, April 6. The Skippers go into the outing with a record of 1-0. North Kingstown won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI)

The Chargers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Cranston East for a Division 1 (State) outing on Friday, April 7. Chariho will face a Thunderbolts squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 0-1.
