North Carolina High School Baseball - Jack Britt loses to Purnell Swett

Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC), 9-2 in a league match.

With the triumph, Purnell Swett moves its record to 8-8 on the season. The Rams host South View (Hope Mills, NC) to confront the Tigers in a United Eight 3A/4A match on Tuesday, April 8. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 10-7. South View lost 1-0 in their recent league match against Lumberton (Lumberton, NC)

The Buccaneers now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seventy-First for a United Eight 3A/4A match on Tuesday, April 8. Jack Britt will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 3-11.
