The Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles overwhelmed the visiting A.C. Flora Falcons softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the War Eagles meet the Airport Eagles (West Columbia, SC) in a AAAA Region 4 challenge, on Monday, April 7. Gray Collegiate Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 18-1 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Dreher (Columbia, SC).
The Falcons (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Dixie (Due West, SC). The Hornets go into the non-league challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last challenge, Dixie toppled Calhoun Falls Charter (Calhoun Falls, SC), 17-0, in a league challenge.
