The Indians (12-12) will now prepare for their bout against Riverside (El Paso, TX). The Rangers go into the 4A Region I District 1 bout with a 15-12 record. In their last bout, Riverside knocked off Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy (El Paso, TX), 17-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Bowie Bears (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region I District 1 bout, on Wednesday, April 9. Austin will attempt to advance on its 9-13 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 11-9 record after their 18-3 league win over Irvin (El Paso, TX).
