In Wednesday's league challenge, the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), by a final score of 16-6.
With the win, Los Alamos upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Hilltoppers host Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to battle the Elks/Elkettes in a 4A District 2 challenge on Saturday, April 8. The Elks/Elkettes come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Pojoaque Valley won 10-6 in their recent league challenge against Taos (Taos, NM)
With the defeat, Moriarty falls to 5-12 on the season. The Pintos travel to Taos (Taos, NM) to battle the Tigers in a 4A District 2 challenge on Wednesday, April 12. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-9.
