Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions (Greensburg, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Centurions now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Brentwood for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 12. Greensburg Central Catholic will face a Spartans squad coming off a 20-9 league loss to Steel Valley (Munhall, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.
