Vale Vikings (Vale, OR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Nyssa Bulldogs (Nyssa, OR), 20-0 in a league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Burns for a 3A Special District 2 challenge on Monday, April 10.

With the loss, Nyssa falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Fruitland (Fruitland, ID) to face the Grizzlies in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 14. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a record of 1-9.
