Washington High School Softball - Sultan bounces Orcas Island

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA) and the visiting Orcas Island Vikings (Eastsound, WA), observed Sultan's softball team get by Orcas Island by a tally of 16-11.
The Turks (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA). The Tigers go into the 1A Emerald Sound bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Granite Falls was routed by Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA), 12-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Darrington Loggers (Darrington, WA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 12. Orcas Island will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record.
