The Fort Defiance Indians (Fort Defiance, VA) softball routed the visiting Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA), 20-3 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Indians (5-0) will now prepare for their bout against Turner Ashby (Bridgewater, VA). The Knights go into the non-league bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Turner Ashby notched a victory over Byrd (Vinton, VA), 14-0, in a non-league bout.
The Storm now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Alleghany for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 7.
