Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH), 6-0 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tallmadge for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 7. Green will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Revere (Richfield, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Hoover falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Aurora (Aurora, OH) to face the Greenmen in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 7. The Greenmen enter the challenge with a record of 4-3. Aurora won 11-0 in their recent league challenge against Roosevelt (Kent, OH)
