Ohio High School Softball - Green gets by Hoover

The Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) softball held off the visiting Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH), 2-1 in Saturday's league contest.

With the triumph, Green moves its record to 13-1 on the year. The Bulldogs host Jackson (Massillon, OH) to play the Polar Bears in a Federal contest on Tuesday, May 9. The Polar Bears come into the contest with a record of 11-5.

In their next game, the Vikings play the McKinley Bulldogs (Canton, OH) in a Federal contest, on Tuesday, May 9. Hoover will attempt to move on its 7-8 season record.
