The South Webster Jeeps (South Webster, OH) softball routed the host Northwest Mohawks (McDermott, OH), 7-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Jeeps (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Fairfield (Leesburg, OH). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Fairfield was routed by Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH), 4-3, in a league challenge.
With the loss, Northwest falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mohawks travel to Western (Latham, OH) to face the Indians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 8. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. Western lost 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Clay (Portsmouth, OH)
