The Verrado Vipers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Buckeye Hawks to 0 in the Vipers league win on Monday.
The Vipers now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Desert Edge for a test on Thursday, April 10. Verrado will play a Scorpions team coming off a 3-3 league Youngker (Buckeye, AZ). The Scorpions record now stands at 4-4.
With the defeat, Buckeye drops to 1-8 on the year. The Hawks host Verrado (Buckeye, AZ) to play the Vipers in a test on Saturday, April 12. The Vipers go into the test with a record of 5-2.
