The Oneonta Redskins the host Locust Fork Hornets softball squad by a count of 6-3 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Redskins meet the Ashville Bulldogs (Ashville, AL) in a 4A Area 11 challenge, on Thursday, April 10. Oneonta will attempt to upgrade on its 11-13 season record.

The Hornets (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL). The Broncos go into the non-league challenge with a 2-16 record. In their last challenge, Holly Pond was routed by Vinemont (Vinemont, AL), 5-0, in a non-league challenge.
