The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) and the visiting Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI), witnessed East Providence's baseball team get by Cumberland by a tally of 4-3.

The Townies (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Central (Providence, RI). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record.

The Clippers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Coventry (Coventry, RI). The Oakers go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Coventry was edged by Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI), 13-4, in a non-league match.
