Louisiana High School Softball - North DeSoto gets by West Monroe

The North DeSoto Griffins (Stonewall, LA) softball nipped the visiting West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA), 4-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Griffins (14-2) will now prepare for their bout against Port Barre (Port Barre, LA). The Red Devils go into the non-league bout with a 12-11 record.

The Rebels now possess a 21-9 record. They play next when they host Ruston for a 5A District 2 bout on Monday, April 10. West Monroe will confront a Bearcats squad coming off a 14-2 league loss to Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-18.
