The Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX) baseball got by the visiting Anthony Wildcats (Anthony, TX), 5-4 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Bucks now own a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they host Presidio for a 3A Region I District 4 challenge on Friday, April 11. Alpine will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 10-9 league loss to Anthony (Anthony, TX). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-10.
With the defeat, Anthony drops to 6-12 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Tornillo (Tornillo, TX) to clash with the Coyotes in a 3A Region I District 4 challenge on Friday, April 11. The Coyotes go into the challenge with a record of 4-15. Tornillo lost 8-2 in their recent league challenge against Kermit (Kermit, TX)
