The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC) and the host Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), observed Ballantyne Ridge's softball team notch a victory over Berry by a tally of 11-0.

The Wolves (8-12) will now prepare for their bout against East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league bout with a 10-9 record. In their last bout, East Mecklenburg was routed by Sun Valley (Monroe, NC), 8-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Rocky River Ravens (Mint Hill, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 10. Berry will attempt to advance on its 5-12 season record. The Ravens go into the bout with a 0-10 record after their 16-1 league loss to Butler (Matthews, NC).
