In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Garrison Troopers baseball team scored a nice 13-2 victory over the Surrey Mustangs.
The Troopers (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] (Turtle Lake, ND). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky] was overwhelmed by Velva/Drake/Anamoose (Velva, ND), 10-0, in a league game.
The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Ryan (Minot, ND). The Lions go into the Class B - Region VI game with a 0-0 record.
