Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Braswell Bengals (Little Elm, TX), 21-2 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 25-2 record. They take the field next when they host Allen for a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Friday, April 12. Guyer will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 league win over McKinney (McKinney, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 25-5.

With the loss, Braswell falls to 10-18 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Prosper (Prosper, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Friday, April 12. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 13-15. Prosper won 12-3 in their recent league challenge against Boyd (McKinney, TX)
