The South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Ballantyne Ridge Wolves (Charlotte, NC), 12-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Sabres now own a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ballantyne Ridge for a So Meck 4A challenge on Thursday, April 10. South Mecklenburg will clash with a Wolves team coming off a 14-2 league loss to Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 5-10.

With the defeat, Ballantyne Ridge drops to 5-11 on the year. The Wolves host South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to clash with the Sabres in a So Meck 4A challenge on Thursday, April 10.
