The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Port Huron Red Hawks (Port Huron, MI) and the visiting Marine City Mariners (Marine City, MI), saw Port Huron's baseball team beat Marine City by a margin of 11-7.
The Red Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Marysville (Marysville, MI). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Marysville held off Armada (Armada, MI), 11-9, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Mariners face the Lake Shore Shorians (St. Clair Shores, MI) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 14. Marine City will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
