Ohio High School Softball - Steele gets by Avon

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Steele Comets (Amherst, OH) and the host Avon Eagles (Avon, OH), observed Steele's softball team get by Avon by a final score of 4-3.

The Comets (7-2) will now prepare for their bout against North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH). The Rangers go into the Southwestern bout with a 6-1 record. In their last bout, North Ridgeville tipped Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH), 8-1, in a league bout.
