The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Berwick Bulldogs (Berwick, PA) and the visiting Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA), observed Berwick's softball team notch a victory over Greater Nanticoke Area by a final score of 16-2.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA). The Warriors go into the Wyoming Valley 2 bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Wyoming Area gained a win over MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA), 17-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Hanover Area Hawkeyes (Hanover Township, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 14. Greater Nanticoke Area will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Hawkeyes go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA).
