The Springfield Blue Devils triumphed over the visiting Ross Little Giants softball squad by a count of 10-2 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Whitmer Panthers (Toledo, OH) in a Northern Lakes challenge, on Friday, April 11. Springfield will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 8-6 league loss to Findlay (Findlay, OH).

The Little Giants (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Findlay (Findlay, OH). The Trojans enter the Northern Lakes challenge with a 8-2 record.
