The Bishop O'Connell Knights tipped the visiting Bishop Ireton Cardinals lacrosse team by a score of 14-13 in Monday's league match.
With the win, Bishop O'Connell upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Knights travel to St. John's (Washington, DC) to play the Cadets in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 2. The Cadets go into the match with a record of 12-3. St. John's won 11-10 in their recent league match against Gonzaga (Washington, DC)
With the defeat, Bishop Ireton drops to 6-12 on the season.
