In Wednesday's league test, the host Mt. Mansfield Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Bellows Free Academy Bobwhites/Comets.
The Cougars now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rutland for a Division I test on Saturday, May 4. Mt. Mansfield will face a Raiders squad coming off a 15-3 league win over Stratton Mountain School (Stratton Mountain, VT). The Raiders record now stands at 6-1.
In their next game, the Bobwhites/Comets face the South Burlington Wolves (South Burlington, VT) in a Division I test, on Saturday, May 4. Bellows Free Academy will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 12-11 league loss to Middlebury (Middlebury, VT).
