In Wednesday's league outing, the host Matoaca Warriors softball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Petersburg Crimson Wave.
Coming up next, the Warriors battle the Hopewell Blue Devils (Hopewell, VA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, May 7. Matoaca will attempt to upgrade on its 14-1 season record. The Blue Devils enter the outing with a 4-11 record after their 10-0 league win over Meadowbrook (Richmond, VA).
The Crimson Wave (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Hopewell (Hopewell, VA). The Blue Devils enter the Central outing with a 4-11 record.
