With the triumph, Central moves its record to 7-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Cranston East (Cranston, RI) to confront the Thunderbolts in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 3. The Thunderbolts come into the contest with a record of 3-9. Cranston East lost 14-2 in their recent league contest against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI)
The Chieftains now possess a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Greenwich for a Division 2 contest on Monday, May 5. Ponaganset will confront a Avengers squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Avengers record now stands at 6-7.
