The Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) baseball the host Russell County Lakers (Russell Springs, KY), 3-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Briar Jumpers now own a 10-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Knox Central for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5.
