Oxford Prep Griffins (Oxford, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Henderson Collegiate Pride (Henderson, NC), 6-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Oxford Prep advances its record to 6-8 on the campaign. The Griffins host Eno River Academy (Hillsborough, NC) to clash with the Bobcats in a Triangle North 1A test on Monday, May 5. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 13-3. Eno River Academy lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Voyager Academy (Durham, NC)

The Pride now have a 3-15 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eno River Academy for a Triangle North 1A test on Wednesday, May 7.
