The Orange Panthers smashed the host Person Rockets soccer team by a final score of 9-0 in Thursday's league match.
With the triumph, Orange moves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC) to meet the Eagles in a Central 3A match on Wednesday, May 7. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 13-1.
The Rockets now sport a 0-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Western Alamance for a Central 3A match on Monday, May 5. Person will meet a Warriors team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 16-0.
