Maine High School Softball - Greenville felled by Penobscot Valley

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host Penobscot Valley Howlers softball team scored a nice 24-0 win over the Greenville Lakers.
Coming up next, the Howlers encounter the Penquis Valley Patriots (Milo, ME) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 12. Penobscot Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 6-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Lee Academy (Lee, ME).
The Lakers (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Forest Hills (Jackman, ME). The Tigers enter the Class D South outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Forest Hills prevailed over Vinalhaven (Vinalhaven, ME), 10-0, in a league outing.
