In Friday's league outing, the host Northern Adirondack Bobcats softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Saranac Lake Red Storm.

Coming up next, the Bobcats battle the AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY) in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I outing, on Monday, May 13. Northern Adirondack will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 8-6 record after their 17-5 league win over Moriah (Port Henry, NY).

The Red Storm (2-9) will now prepare for their outing against Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY). The Sentinels enter the Section 7 Champlain Valley I outing with a 13-1 record. In their last outing, Ticonderoga ran past Boquet Valley (Elizabethtown, NY), 25-4, in a non-league outing.
