Maine High School Baseball - Maranacook loses to Waynflete

In Wednesday's league game, the host Waynflete Flyers baseball team scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Maranacook Black Bears.
The Flyers (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Sacopee Valley (Cornish, ME). The Hawks go into the Class C South game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Sacopee Valley was overwhelmed by Maranacook (Readfield, ME), 6-3, in a league game.
The Black Bears (9-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME). The Saints go into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, St. Dominic tipped Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME), 7-1, in a non-league game.
