The Lee County Yellow Jackets soccer team (Sanford, NC), was nipped 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC)

With the win, Union Pines moves its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league outing on Thursday, May 12. The Patriots go into the outing with a record of 13-7. Pinecrest won 5-0 in their recent non-league outing against Richmond (Rockingham, NC)
