The Pontiac Indians softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Moline Maroons to 4 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Pontiac moves its record to 20-11 on the year. The Indians travel to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to clash with the Roadrunners in a non-league game on Friday, May 12. The Roadrunners come into the game with a record of 8-16. Nazareth Academy won 7-1 in their recent non-league game against Hancock (Chicago, IL)

In their next game, the Maroons clash with the Biggsville West Central Heat (Biggsville, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, May 13. Moline will attempt to move on its 13-14 season record. The Heat come into the game with a 25-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL).
