The Menlo School Knights lacrosse team (Atherton, CA), was overwhelmed 20-9 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA)

With the victory, St. Ignatius College Preparatory advances its record to 18-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA) to encounter the Padres in a WCAL battle on Wednesday, May 14. The Padres come into the battle with a record of 15-6. Junipero Serra won 7-2 in their recent league battle against Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, CA)

The Knights now sport a 7-12 record.
