Minnesota High School Baseball - La Crescent defeats Caledonia

The La Crescent Lancers (La Crescent, MN) baseball trounced the host Caledonia Warriors (Caledonia, MN), 8-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Lewiston-Altura for a Three Rivers challenge on Thursday, May 14. La Crescent will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Cotter (Winona, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-12.

With the defeat, Caledonia drops to 9-7 on the year. The Warriors travel to Stewartville (Stewartville, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 16. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 3-12. Stewartville lost 10-6 in their recent league challenge against Pine Island (Pine Island, MN)
