Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA), 18-7 in a league battle.

The Hawks now have a 14-0 record. They take the field next when they host South County for a non-league battle on Friday, May 17. Hayfield will clash with a Stallions squad coming off a 14-2 league loss to Robinson (Fairfax, VA). The Stallions record now stands at 9-7.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 17. Edison will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a 10-7 record after their 16-1 non-league win over Annandale (Annandale, VA).
