Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), 12-3 in a league battle.

The Sentinels now own a 12-2 record. They take the field next when they host Narragansett for a Division 3 battle on Wednesday, May 15. Smithfield will clash with a Mariners squad coming off a 13-4 league win over Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI). The Mariners record now stands at 8-5.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) in a Division 3 battle, on Wednesday, May 15. Mt. Hope will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Chieftains come into the battle with a 2-10 record after their 14-4 league loss to Westerly (Westerly, RI).
