The Mt. Hope Huskies lacrosse squad (Bristol, RI), was overwhelmed 11-7 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI)

Coming up next, the Sentinels confront the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, June 1. Smithfield will attempt to improve on its 14-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 14-3 record after their 14-6 non-league win over Narragansett (Narragansett, RI).

The Huskies now sport a 9-7 record.
